On Country Framed Textured Print 100x100cm

A landscape handled in pastels rather than saturated colour produces something atmospheric instead of literal. On Country Framed Textured Print 100x100cm works that way, with sculptural tree forms in layered pastel tones over rolling fields and a distant treeline. Gentle washes of peach, lavender, sage and muted teal carry a warm sunrise or sunset glow across the sky. Loose painterly brushwork gives it a dreamy, modern impressionist feel, with heavy texture across the surface. A light neutral timber frame keeps the surround quiet. At a metre square it suits a serene bedroom or living space.
