Jugetsudo Organic Hojicha, Loose Leaf 40g

This organic green tea is roasted at a high temperature, which removes the bitterness normally present in green tea, and gives it a soft, sweeter flavor. This tea is lower in caffeine than steamed green teas, and is gentler on the stomach. The mellow, nutty flavor of the tea makes it appealing to people who gravitate towards black teas or coffee, or those who dislike the grassiness of green teas.

Brewing instructions: Add 2g of tea to 50 mL of water heated to 95°C. Brew for 30 seconds before removing the tea leaves.
