Our Lemon Zest Salt starts with Jacobsen Flake Salt, harvested from the pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. We then infuse it with fresh lemon zest for a clean, concentrated citrus flavor that adds brightness to grilled fish, shaved fennel salad, blueberry pie, or any dish that would sing with a bit of zest.
